Our Dark Series begins with the release of our Stout-Finished Rum. In collaboration with Campus Brewing, one of their finest stouts spent six months maturing in a 100L American Oak cask before it returned to us to be filled with rum. The result is a beautifully layered spirit carrying the unmistakable finish of their Knucklepuck stout. Crafted for slow sipping, it reveals deep notes of rich cacao, sweet caramel and a smooth, creamy finish.
